2. Principle

This website is a static, informational site. We do not collect personal data through forms, we do not use cookies, and we do not use any analytics, statistics or tracking services.

3. Hosting and server logs (Cloudflare)

The website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare, Inc., USA). When you visit the site, Cloudflare automatically processes technically necessary access data in order to deliver the site and ensure its security — in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the file requested, and browser/device information. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, where applicable) and the corresponding basis under Brazil's LGPD. 4. Fonts

The fonts used (Zilla Slab, Karla) are loaded exclusively from our own server (self-hosted). There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other external font service; no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

5. Contact (WhatsApp, e-mail)

If you contact us via WhatsApp or e-mail, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, contact details, message content) solely to handle your enquiry and your booking. When using WhatsApp, the privacy terms of WhatsApp/Meta also apply; contacting us via WhatsApp is at your own initiative.

6. External links and services

The website links to external services that are only opened after you click and are not embedded in the page — no data is transmitted to them without your click:

• Cloudbeds (booking system) — the provider processes your booking data independently.
• Google Maps (route link) and Google reviews.
• WhatsApp (contact/booking).
• Wikimedia Commons (image source/licence).

The privacy terms of the respective provider apply to these services.

7. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the corresponding rights under Brazil's LGPD (Art. 18).
